A scalable, privacy-compliant SaaS analytics solution powered by Matomo, designed to track and analyze multiple Shopify stores from a single platform. This system delivers accurate attribution through first-touch, last-touch, and multi-touch tracking, along with in-depth user behavior analytics including clicks, scrolls, form submissions, and session pathing. It integrates seamlessly with Shopify to capture key e-commerce events—product views, add-to-cart, checkout, purchases, logins, and signups—while maintaining full UTM history across sessions. A custom VOIP plugin (Vue.js + PHP) adds communication capabilities directly within Matomo. Server-side Google Ads conversion tracking is implemented via a webhook pipeline, ensuring data accuracy even in browser-restricted environments.
